Dr. Michele Lee Tanner is a distinguished graduate of Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine, boasting licenses in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Florida. Relocating from her southern Louisiana roots, she now spearheads the esteemed team at All Cypress Veterinary Hospital in Marshall, TX.
Dr. Michele’s unwavering aim is to deliver top-notch medical care while fostering community awareness about animal healthcare. Her dedication extends beyond the clinic as she actively engages in educating and advocating for the well-being of pets.
At home, alongside her husband James Tanner, she shares a bustling household in Marshall. Their furry family includes Devereaux and Bailey (dogs), Abby, Sneakish, Max, Cupid, and Ausdun Shepard (horses), and Fred and Fiona (cats). Beyond these, they delight in tending to goats, peacocks, and chickens.
When not immersed in veterinary endeavors, Dr. Michele and her husband indulge their passion for cutting horse competitions across the country. She was invited to 2023 NCHA World Finals in the 35,000 Non-Pro and 15,000 Amateur classes, and placed 9th and 3rd in the world respectively. She has two World Championships in Team Penning under her belt and a runner-up title in her AQHA cutting division, she draws strength from these achievements, channeling their spirit into her daily commitment. Dr. Michele remains an advocate for advancing services at All Cypress Veterinary Hospital, driven by her passion, and fortified by her championship experiences.
